Former Asset Management CEO and pensions industry veteran, Euan Munro, will be giving the keynote address at our 2nd Pensions Asset Allocation Summit.
Sponsored by BlackRock, MSCI, LCP and NatWest Cushon, the in-person conference will take place on 12 June 2025 at the Victory Services Club, London.
Euan is a highly experienced investment management investor with a background in macro investing and has served as a FTSE100 and Fortune 500 executive.
Titled “Asset Allocation in an Era of Chaos”, Euan will present his view on how major capital market assumptions need to change, to reflect the current geopolitical turmoil, and the recommendations for strategic asset allocation in institutional investment portfolios to manage the many risks and opportunities in this changed world.
“It is a pleasure to be asked to address this topic. In my view investing in this age of chaos makes ‘old dogs of war’ like me useful again, having lived and invested in periods of extreme uncertainty. While no two crisis periods are the same some principles are enduring. I look forward to sharing some of them,” said Euan.
“Amid unprecedented geopolitical and global market uncertainty, Euan’s practical advice to asset allocators on how to position large institutional investment portfolios deserves to be standing room only,” said SGPE Founder, Stephen Glover.
